Barbara is a compassionate and skilled counselor dedicated to guiding individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges. With master’s degrees in Counseling and undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Nursing, she offers a holistic approach to mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Barbara integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Attachment Theory to help clients explore values, manage emotions, and foster healthier relationships. Her empathetic and grounded therapeutic style supports adolescents (12+) and adults with concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relational conflict, and life transitions. As an Affiliate Sex Offender Treatment Provider (ASOTP), she also provides specialized, integrity-driven counseling for victims and perpetrators of sexual trauma.
