Luz M. Soto is a dedicated Pastoral Counselor at Living Hope Counseling Service with over 18 years of experience working in youth ministry and 10 years in children’s ministry. She holds a B.A. in Christian Education from Concordia University Texas and an M.A. in Pastoral Counseling: Crisis Intervention and Trauma from Liberty University.
Luz specializes in counseling children, youth, and women, using a variety of therapeutic approaches including play and art therapy, CBT, DBT, and Attachment Therapy. She completed her clinical internship at Living Hope in 2022 and became a certified Grief Counselor in 2023 through the American Institute of Healthcare Professionals.
With a heart for healing and restoration, Luz combines faith-based guidance with practical tools to support emotional regulation, trauma recovery, and spiritual growth.
